The Rivertown Park Community Clubhouse is available for residents to rent for private meetings, parties, family gatherings, and other social events. The clubhouse is fully furnished and includes restrooms, a full kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and folding tables and chairs.

$150 Refundable Security Deposit
The rental fee and security deposit are required to secure a reservation. A submitted agreement or an open date on the calendar does not by itself confirm a reservation.

Submitting a Rental Agreement does not by itself reserve the clubhouse.
A clubhouse rental provides use of the designated rental areas of the clubhouse during your reserved time. The clubhouse includes the main gathering space, full kitchen, restrooms, television, Wi-Fi, folding tables and chairs, and other designated areas included with the rental.
Renting the clubhouse does not provide exclusive use of the pool, spa, fitness center, or other Rivertown Park community amenities. Those amenities remain subject to their individual rules, policies, hours, and access requirements.
A clubhouse rental does not provide event guests with general access to those amenities. Residents may also need to pass through portions of the clubhouse to reach community amenities that remain open.
Alcohol may be permitted at a private clubhouse event subject to the current Clubhouse Rental Agreement. Alcohol may not be sold. If alcohol will be present, review the Rental Agreement carefully for the current insurance requirements and deadlines.
Parking at the clubhouse is limited. Renters are responsible for making sure guests use designated parking areas and do not park on grass, block roadways or driveways, create traffic hazards, block emergency access, or otherwise violate Rivertown Park parking requirements.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the clubhouse and in prohibited areas surrounding the building. Pets are not permitted inside the clubhouse; service animals are permitted as required by law.
Decorations may not be installed in a way that damages walls, ceilings, windows, doors, furniture, or other clubhouse property. Nails, tacks, staples, glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, and similar materials are prohibited.
Events involving minors must have the adult supervision required by the Rental Agreement. The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for compliance with Rivertown Park rules.
Exterior doors may not be left or propped open unattended. Please keep the building secure throughout your event.
The renter is responsible for leaving the clubhouse clean and ready for the next resident. Before leaving, please remove all food, beverages, decorations, personal belongings, and trash; clean used kitchen areas and surfaces; return tables, chairs, and furniture to their proper locations; check restrooms and gathering areas; close and secure windows; and make sure all exterior doors are properly secured.
Additional cleaning, damage, missing property, or failure to follow the Rental Agreement may result in deductions from the security deposit and/or additional charges.
